The Staff Trial System

For any normal player that is rewarded or simply picked to become a member of staff will have a trial to prove themselves they can be useful. Whoever hired a new member of staff are to report to the other Admins, they will monitor the new staff member and see what they get up to. After 2 or 3 weeks a Admin will be chosen to post and create a poll for the new staff member on the forums. This will be used by the community. The poll will have mainly two choices to pick from, yes or no.

If you have not seen the staff member then do not vote! We all live in different parts of the world.

If you have seen the staff member but do not think they do a good job then vote no, this would include sitting around, ignoring players and logging on for a hour or too then never being seen again.

If you have seen the staff member and think they are good for the job then vote yes, this would include answering as many players, running joyful events and being active in-game or on the forum.

If you vote please state the reason why you said it! We will count the people that have replied with the number of votes i.e. if 4 people say yes but only 3 replied then the poll will be edited to 3.

Do not spam the posts created, only reply when you vote!

The length of time each post stays open is up to the Admin but bare in mind, in the end it up is the Admin if they get the job or not. Creating posts to vote is just to help them into making the choice.
